可用于账户内可用的图片生成、文字对话和 API 调用，统一从服务余额扣减；功能和模型以账户实际可用范围为准。Credits cover available image generation, text conversations and API requests using one service balance. Features and models depend on what is available to your account.
为什么实际生成数量会变化？Why does the number of generations vary?
不同模型、图片规格、回答长度、上下文和附件会产生不同费用。用量估算仅帮助理解预算，不是固定次数承诺；以控制台实际费率和用量记录为准。Models, image settings, response length, context and attachments affect cost. Estimates help illustrate a budget and are not fixed entitlements. Refer to actual model rates and usage records in the console.
是否可以退款？Can I request a refund?
购买后 14 天内可申请退还未使用的已购 Credits，具体范围和申请方式见退款政策。You may request a refund of unused purchased Credits within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for scope and process.
