14 天未使用 Credits 退款14-day unused Credit refunds
自购买之日起 14 天内，可申请退还该笔充值中尚未使用的已购 Credits。完全未使用可申请全额退款；部分使用时，按该笔充值实付服务金额与未使用已购 Credits 的比例计算，相关税费按原交易及适用规则调整。赠送 Credits 不具有现金退款价值。Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund of unused purchased Credits from that top-up. A fully unused top-up may be refunded in full. For partial use, the refund is proportional to the unused purchased Credits and the service amount actually paid; related taxes are adjusted according to the original transaction and applicable rules. Promotional Credits have no cash refund value.
上述规则适用于按本政策购买的 Credit 充值，不追溯更改既有订单约定。退款后将扣回相应的未使用 Credits；实际余额、订单及用量记录用于核对可退金额。These rules apply to Credit top-ups purchased under this policy and do not retroactively change existing orders. Refunded unused Credits are removed from the account; balance, order and usage records are used to verify the refundable amount.
重复付款、失败与未交付Duplicate payments, failures and non-delivery
如发生重复付款、错误扣款或已付款但未获得对应服务，请提供订单信息申请核查。确认属于重复或错误扣款的部分，应予更正或退款。技术失败造成的扣费争议将结合实际交付和用量记录处理。If you experience a duplicate payment, incorrect charge or paid service that was not delivered, provide the order details for investigation. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges should be corrected or refunded. Billing disputes caused by technical failures will be assessed against delivery and usage records.
如何提出申请How to request a refund
请通过客服渠道提供订单号、账户邮箱、购买日期和退款原因。请勿发送银行卡完整号码、密码、验证码或 API Key。核查可能需要补充必要信息，客服会告知审核结果。Contact support with your order reference, account email, purchase date and reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes or API keys. Necessary additional information may be requested and support will communicate the outcome.
退款原则上通过原支付渠道退回；到账时间取决于支付服务商及金融机构。实际付款使用的渠道和收据，将用于确认正确的退款流程。Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. The original payment channel and receipt will determine the correct process.
消费者法定权利Statutory consumer rights
本政策不限制适用法律赋予的撤回、退款、补救或其他强制性消费者权利。已使用额度不在自愿未使用额度退款范围内，但不影响依法应提供的补救。This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal, refund, remedy or other mandatory consumer rights. Used allowance is outside the voluntary unused-allowance policy, without affecting remedies required by law.
仅开始使用服务不当然意味着放弃所有撤回权。数字内容或服务即时履行所需的明示同意和确认，应在适用法律要求时于结账中取得。Starting to use the service does not automatically waive all withdrawal rights. Any express consent and acknowledgement required by law for immediate performance of digital content or services must be obtained at checkout.
