API4Seas 提供网页文字对话、图片生成及 API 集成服务。可用功能取决于你的账户、API Key、所选模型及服务可用性。价格页提供 Credit 充值金额及用量估算，在线充值入口即将上线。API4Seas provides web-based text conversations, image generation and API integration. Availability depends on your account, API key, selected model and service availability. The pricing page shows Credit top-ups and usage estimates. Online top-ups are coming soon.
我们会将处理请求所需的内容传送给所选服务的上游提供商。生成结果可能不准确、不完整或与其他用户的结果相似，使用前应自行核实。Content needed to process your request is sent to the relevant upstream provider. Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other users’ results. Review them before use.
账户与安全Accounts and security
请提供真实准确的账户资料，妥善保护密码与 API Key。仅提交你有权处理的文字、文件和图片；请勿上传不必要的敏感信息。发现账户异常请联系支持。Provide accurate account information and protect your password and API keys. Submit only text, files and images that you are authorized to process, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
价格、额度与付款Pricing, usage and payments
用户购买的是 API4Seas 预付服务 Credits：1 Credit 对应 $1 服务余额，可用于账户内可用的图片、文字和 API 功能，并按实际费率及用量扣减。充值不包含固定生成次数，也不自动续费；税费和其他适用条件以结账展示为准。Customers purchase prepaid API4Seas service Credits: 1 Credit represents $1 of service balance for available image, text and API features, deducted at actual usage rates. Top-ups do not include a fixed number of generations or auto-renew. Taxes and other applicable conditions are shown at checkout.
图片张数和文字次数仅为预算算例，不构成保证。图片与文字共用同一余额，不能将两类估算数量合并视为权益。Credits 仅用于本网站的软件服务，不是货币，不支持转让或提现；按退款政策退款及法定权利不受影响。Image and text generation counts are budget illustrations, not guarantees. Both draw from the same balance, so the estimates cannot be combined as entitlements. Credits are solely for software services on this website, are not money, and cannot be transferred or cashed out; refunds under the refund policy and statutory rights remain unaffected.
合理使用与内容权利Acceptable use and content rights
不得用于违法活动、欺诈、侵害他人权益、未授权访问、攻击或干扰服务。不得规避访问控制或超出授权使用上游服务。Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, attacks or disruption. Do not circumvent access controls or exceed authorized use of upstream services.
你保留依法享有的输入内容权利，并授权我们为提供所请求服务而存储、处理和传输相关内容。生成内容的使用受适用法律、第三方权利及相关模型条款约束；我们不保证输出独占或必然享有版权。You retain the rights you legally hold in your input and authorize storage, processing and transmission necessary to provide the requested service. Use of outputs is subject to applicable law, third-party rights and relevant model terms. We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection of generated output.
可用性与服务调整Availability and service changes
服务可能因维护、上游异常或安全事件中断。我们不承诺未在订单中明确约定的响应时间或持续可用率。如需限制违规使用，将根据实际情况采取相应措施；已付款但未交付的服务问题可按退款政策提出。Maintenance, upstream failures or security incidents may interrupt service. No response time or uptime guarantee applies unless expressly agreed in an order. Restrictions may be applied to misuse as appropriate. Issues with paid but undelivered service may be raised under the refund policy.
法定权利与条款变更Statutory rights and changes
本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任，也不限制消费者依法享有的强制性权利。涉及既有订单的重大变更，不应仅通过修改本页面追溯适用。These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights. Material changes affecting existing orders should not be applied retroactively merely by updating this page.
Credit 充值条款在购买时展示并获得接受后适用，不追溯更改既有订单约定。Credit top-up terms apply when presented and accepted at purchase. They do not retroactively change existing orders.
